Privacy Policy

Last updated: 19 August 2026.

This privacy policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what rights you have — in plain language, without unnecessary legal padding.

Who this policy covers

This website is operated by Said (RS Artwork), a photography, film and editing studio based in the Netherlands. For anything related to this policy, you can reach us at info@rsartwork.nl.

What we collect, and why

The only personal data this site actively collects is what you choose to submit through the contact form: your name, email address, and message, along with any optional details you provide — company, phone number, project type, date, location and budget.

We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and, if a project goes ahead, to plan and deliver it. We do not sell, rent or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where your enquiry goes

  • A copy is stored privately in this website\u2019s admin area, visible only to Said.
  • A notification email is sent to info@rsartwork.nl through our email provider (Hostinger) so we can reply.
  • We keep enquiries for as long as reasonably needed to respond and, where a booking follows, for standard business record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. WordPress may set a small technical cookie if you ever log in to the admin area, which does not apply to regular visitors.

Embedded content

Where a project page includes an embedded video (for example from YouTube or Vimeo), that platform may collect data about your interaction with the embedded content in line with its own privacy policy, in the same way it would on any other website.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. To exercise any of these rights, email info@rsartwork.nl. If you believe your data has been mishandled, you can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes to this policy

If how we handle data changes, we will update this page. Significant changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
